UIL Callbacks
We would like all who applied to be a part of UIL one act play to attend callbacks on Wednesday, January 10 from 4:30 – 6:00 and Thursday, January 11 from 4:30 – 6:30.
Both actors and technicians should come prepared to move.

The deadline for applications is February 3, 2025.
Intermediate Theatre I
This class is for incoming freshmen who have taken theatre in middle school. It is an advanced level Theatre I class. Please make sure you choose Intermediate Theatre on your choice card (put Theatre I as the backup class)

Theatre Production I, II, and III Applications
Theatre Production is a class for students who wish to be a part of the backbone of the theatre department. This class is open to sophomores through seniors. In this class we rehearse, build, and do whatever work is necessary for our current production. We recommend that you take Theatre Production as a double-blocked class. Sign up for your regular theatre or tech theatre class AND Theatre Production. If you can’t double block, please see one of the directors to see about a special exception.

All forms and audition videos are due by 11:59pm January 7th. Callbacks will be January 9th after school. All crew interviews will be held the week after winter break.

The first meeting for ALL cast and crew will be on Monday, Sept. 25 from 4:30 – 6:30.
You need to make arrangements to be there! If you are not there, we will assume you are not a part of this play unless you make prior arrangements with me.
Please bring a 1” binder to the first rehearsal.
Thank you to everyone who auditioned. We would like to hear the following people sing and read on Wednesday, September 20 from 4:30 – 6:30. There is nothing to prepare. We will teach the material at the callback. There will not be dancing at the callback.

We would like to callback all who auditioned. We need to hear a variety of readings from the script. There is nothing to prepare. You will be doing cold readings from the script.
Callbacks will last from 4:40-6:15 in the auditorium.

It is time already to think about our fall play! Audition videos and crew applications for our fall play, Our Town will be due by 8:00am on August 15th.
If you are auditioning to be onstage, you will need to prepare a one minute monologue from an American realism play. You will turn in a video of that monologues. Callbacks for the actors we need to hear read from the script will be held after school on August 16th.
If you want to be a part of the crew, please fill out the crew section of the online form. If you are a 10th-12th grader and are applying for crew lead, you will have an interview the week of August 14th.
